Bookings made require full payment in advance in order to receive confirmation. Credit may be provided to commercial agents subject to approval by GSE management.
GSE reserves the right to cancel or alter tours. Should a tour not meet the minimum passenger numbers required we may at, our discretion, cancel a tour in which instance the fare is fully refundable. GSE reserves the right to cancel or alter a tour due to National Park closures and/or in the event of severe weather event or bushfire where safety of passengers may be at risk.
Cancellation of bookings made more than 7 days prior to the departure of the tour will be refunded in full . Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure of a tour incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Safety of our passengers is our first priority. Guests should advise GSE at the time of booking if there are any conditions that may put the guest at risk in an outdoor environment where moderate activity levels are involved. Guests should also make GSE aware of any special requirements including dietary needs. GSE takes every possible care to ensure guest safety whilst on a tour however when booking a tour potential clients must consider that we operate in an outdoor environment which carries some risks normally associated with being outdoors. These risks ay include tripping or falls, snakes, heat related illnesses and other events which are beyond the control of GSE management. Guests on a tour must follow the directions of the tour leader whilst on tour to minimise any risks to safety. In the event of an incident causing injury, it must be reported to the tour leader as soon as possible.
Alcohol is not to be consumed inside the tour vehicle as this is an offence under Victorian law and carries penalties for both the passenger and driver. Guests are advised to minimise the consumption of alcohol when participating on a tour. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enter the tour vehicle. Smoking is banned inside the tour vehicle or within one metre of an open door and carries penalties under Australian law.
Conduct which is threatening or offensive to staff or other guests on the tour will not be tolerated and may result in the offender being asked to leave the tour.
Personal items such as cameras and phones may be taken on a tour at the owners risk. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to personal items.
Flora and fauna is protected under Australian law and guests are reminded not to interfere with wildlife or damage native flora. Interfering with wildlife in a National Park may carry a penalty.
